Japanese design studio YOY aims to solve your design woes by developing 'canvas', a series of
two-dimensional hanging furniture pieces. They're constructed out of wood and and aluminum; the volume is covered by an elastic fabric, which is screen-printed with drawings of different types of furniture. Lean the pieces against a wall, and they'll stretch when weight is applied—basically, art you can sit on!
How cool is this?!
