Here's a second "look of the day," for tonight's festivities. If you've not made plans yet,
"The twelfth hour," at the Trump Tower,
Casa Loma's "Party at the castle," and the
"Grand gala" at the Sheraton are just some of the places that will be ringing in the new year with music and dancing.
